You will learn which flower essences can help with balancing the busyness of the season, family relations, social anxiety/pressure and bring balance to New Year’s resolutions (ex. choosing goals that are for you; not what others may want or expect, seeing them unfold with ease rather than will power…). We will also talk about essences that can help assist when someone is grieving the loss of a loved one during this time of celebration.
